We support 360Giving

Unlocking the power of grants data.

Here at the Road Safety Trust, we are committed to transparency about what we fund. That’s why we work with 360Giving to publish information about our grants.

360Giving is a registered charity that is working to make UK grant-making more informed, effective and strategic

Their mission is to support UK grant-makers in publishing information on who, where and what they fund in an open, standardised way to support decision making and learning across the charitable giving sector.

This open data approach allows grant-makers to compare and contrast their work with others and grant seekers to find out who is doing what. They created the 360Giving Standard so funders can share and compare this information.

We adhere to the standard of 360Giving and our grant information can be accessed through GrantNav, which also includes grant information from other funders who are publishing to the 360Giving standard.

The success of 360Giving means there is now a critical mass of open, comparable information available on UK grants. The charity is creating real and meaningful change in this sector.

Using the 360Giving Standard, details of all our awarded grants are available as an Excel file. This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This means the data is freely accessible to anyone to be used and shared. The data must be attributed to The Road Safety Trust
