Neil is a graduate Civil Engineer with an MSc in Transport and a PhD in The Application of Computer Vision Techniques to Road Traffic.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the Intelligent Transport Systems sector in both industry and academia, including director level appointments in consultancy and manufacturing.
Neil is a Visiting Professor at the Dept of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Imperial College London.
