Since February 2020 Tony has been working as an independent management consultant providing advice to public sector organisations and small start up companies.
Prior to that he worked for ten years as a Director in PwC’s management consultancy practice specialising in public sector performance improvement projects in the UK and overseas.
Before joining PwC Tony was a Metropolitan Police officer retiring at the rank Commander. Most of his policing career was as a detective.
His final years were as police National Coordinator for the Pursue Strand of the Government’s counter terrorism strategy ‘Contest’, where he led the development of the UK Police counter terrorism infrastructure.
