Project summary
Mindfulness training has the potential to reduce driver distraction, increase attentiveness, and reduce aggression, resulting in improved driver safety.
This research project used randomised control trial methodology to fill that evidential gap, identifying whether mindfulness training can produce safety-related improvements in driving behaviours in the laboratory and the real-world.
